- Subscriptions canceled mid-period will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, with no additional charges thereafter
2.2 One-Time Purchases
For any future one-time purchases (e.g., downloadable educational guides):
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the product does not meet described standards
- Products that have been fully downloaded or accessed may only be eligible for refunds if demonstrably defective or significantly misrepresented in our description
